Refund policy

Pursuant to the applicable legislation with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and of the conditions of sale, that have been accepted on your part at the time of ordering, and the right to request a refund is restricted to the following conditions: 

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the product, the consumer must advise the vendor of their intention to request a refund by either email on or a registered letter to the following address: Bottega del Gioiello S.r.l – Corso Italia 179/181 – 80067 Sorrento (NA) Italia. 
  2. Bottega del Gioiello S.r.l will subsequently send the refund code required via email, which in turn will need to be filled in on the paperwork which needs to be sent together with the object or objects being returned by courier. 
  3. Within 14 days of the consumer advising that they are requesting a refund and withdrawing the contract made, the product, properly & carefully packaged up, needs to be sent to the following address: Bottega del Gioiello S.r.l – Corso Italia 179/181 – 80067 Sorrento (NA) Italia.
  4. In the case of more than one product being returned – please note that they must be returned together in the same package at the same time. Furthermore, it is necessary that: 
  • The product is intact 
  • All labels are still attached, and documentation/paperwork is included 
  • The product is returned in its original packaging 
  • The package includes the paperwork referred to above in point 1, complete with the return code filled in. The product must be intact for a refund to be granted: no refund will be issued for articles that have been used/worn, and/or deteriorated due to use. 
  1. If you choose to break the contract, you will be refunded the full amount that has been paid, included the postage costs (except for additional postage costs incurred due to you choosing a more costly option other than our standard service offered), without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of receiving your request for a refund. A delay of more than 14 days will only occur due if the consumer fails to show the product has been sent, and we fail to receive the goods. We would advise you of any such delay. The refund amount will be credited back to either your credit card or your PayPal account, or your bank account depending how the initial payment was made, unless you express otherwise, in any case there should be not additional costs to your refund. You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the client utilises the courier company “Italian Street S.r.l” to return the package this cost will be deducted from the amount to be repaid in the refund. 
  2. For the purchases made using PayPal, we will refund the amount incurred for the return postage. (Please note the client must provide the receipt of the amount paid by the courier chosen, this is obligatory for this amount to be refunded). 

At the moment we do not provide alternatives or substitutions. To change a purchased product, a refund must first be carried out for the original purchase and a new order made (its not necessary to wait on the refund being made when making a new order).
